Dr. Manny Jimenez and Dr. Candice Chen received a CPTI Training Grant from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) in 2008 for their work with the Advocacy On Call website. As part of the grant, the resident-faculty pair attended the AAP Legislative Conference in March, 2008 and are planning a health policy educational activity for the pediatric residents at their home institution, Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
